Stack enough of those little victories and a different body, mind and life shows up on the other side. That's exactly what we coach our clients to do, one day at a time.

Why I started EVOS
I was sick of watching people get sold cookie-cutter workouts and crash diets at big-box gyms. EVOS exists so real people can get real coaching — programmed for their body, in a room where the coach actually knows their name.

Joshua's been in motion his whole life. As a kid he played football, baseball and wrestled — anything that involved getting after it. The athlete mindset stuck, and the love of coaching followed.
In 2016 he opened the doors to what would become EVOS Fitness, and he's been running it ever since — coaching everyone from first-time lifters to high-school athletes to busy Winter Park professionals.
Today Joshua is an NASM Master Trainer and ISSA Strength & Conditioning Coach with 14+ years of hands-on training experience and 13 active certifications. He blends strength, hypertrophy, conditioning and durability work into programs clients can actually live with.
He's also an award-winning trainer, voted Best Trainer on Thumbtack.com and recognized as a Thumbtack Top Pro.

About training with Joshua.
Do I train directly with Joshua?
Joshua personally coaches 1-on-1 and Fat Furnace clients. Our 1:4 small group floor is led by Joshua and his hand-trained coaches.
How long are sessions?
All in-studio sessions are 45 minutes — long enough to do the work, short enough to fit a real schedule.
What if I've had an injury?
Joshua is an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. We screen, regress and progress every movement around what your body can safely do.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes — every program includes custom macros, a Macros 101 blueprint and ongoing nutrition coaching. No fad diets.
