Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EVOS Fitness coaching services, our website and the Client Hub. By signing up, training with us, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership & billing

Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Recurring billing is processed on your enrollment date each month using the payment method on file. Paid-in-full programs are non-refundable but transferable subject to coach approval.

2. 30-day cancellation policy

To cancel a recurring membership you must submit a written Termination Form at least 30 days before your next billing date. The Termination Form is available in the Client Hub under Forms. No-questions-asked — but the 30-day notice is required so we can close out your programming, schedule and check-ins responsibly.

3. Membership freeze

You may freeze your membership for up to 60 days per calendar year with a completed Freeze Form. Frozen accounts retain seniority pricing.

4. Late cancellations & no-shows

Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of unlimited memberships.

5. Health, liability & assumption of risk

You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risk. You agree to complete the PAR-Q, medical disclosure and Liability & Waiver Release before training. You will inform your coach of any change in health status.

6. Code of conduct

We are committed to a safe, inclusive studio. Harassment, discrimination or unsafe behavior is grounds for immediate, non-refundable termination.

7. Photo, video & content

All content on this site and in the Client Hub is © EVOS Fitness and is for personal client use only — no redistribution.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Florida law, EVOS's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months. EVOS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in Orange County, FL.
