The Program
The Max Mass program runs in three 4-week phases — Foundation (movement quality + base volume), Build (heavy compound work + hypertrophy accessories), Peak (intensity techniques + visible muscle gain). You'll train 4x per week with your coach, eat in a controlled calorie surplus tuned to your body, and check in weekly so we can keep adjusting macros and volume.
