The Program
This is real personal training — fully individualized programming written for your goals, executed with a coach in the room. We'll explain the format, the schedule and the pricing when you come in for your free session. Different from our 12-Week Fat Furnace program, which is a fixed-length transformation block with weekly 1:1 calls and a results guarantee.
We built small group for the Winter Park professional who wants real coaching but loves training around other people. You'll show up, your program is already loaded in the app, and the coach is already cueing you through your first set. No standing around. No guessing. No watered-down group class.
Every block of training is periodized — meaning we don't just throw random workouts at you. Your strength progresses on purpose, your conditioning builds on purpose, and your body composition shifts on purpose. Re-test every 6 weeks so you can see exactly what changed.
Most EVOS members train 3x per week in small group and lose between 15 and 45 lbs in their first 6 months while getting noticeably stronger. The 1:4 ratio is the magic — enough community to keep you coming back, enough coaching to make every rep count.
