EVOS Fitness LLC ("EVOS", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly — for example when you fill out our free session form, sign waivers, send messages, book sessions, or join the Client Hub. This may include your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, emergency contact, training goals, health history (PAR-Q & medical disclosures), photos, body composition data, and payment information.

We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our site — IP address, device type, browser, referring page and pages visited — through standard analytics tools.

2. How we use it

• Schedule, deliver and improve your coaching, training and nutrition services.
• Communicate about sessions, billing, programs and Client Hub resources.
• Process payments and manage memberships.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Photo & testimonial use

We only use photos, videos or testimonials publicly after you sign our Photo & Testimonial Release Form. You can revoke consent in writing at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (payment processors, scheduling software, email tools) bound by confidentiality, or when required by law.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. Minors training with us require a parent/guardian signature on all forms.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
