The Program
The Fat Furnace runs in three 4-week phases. Phase 1 (Prime) builds the engine — movement, baseline strength, nutrition habits. Phase 2 (Push) is when the scale really moves — full programming volume, dialed macros and conditioning. Phase 3 (Polish) is where we lock in the new normal so the weight stays off long after the 12 weeks end. You'll train with your coach 3–5x per week, get a fully custom nutrition plan, and have a 1:1 weekly check-in to keep everything on track.
