Group class is a workout. Small group is a coaching relationship. Here's why that distinction is everything.
Group fitness gets you sweaty. Small group gets you better.
At a 1:4 ratio, your coach actually programs FOR you — your goals, your history, your schedule. They watch every set. They know when to push and when to pull back.
Group classes are great for energy and consistency. They are not great when you have a goal that needs progression.
If you've been doing group class for 12+ months and the scale, the mirror, and your lifts all look the same — that's the universe asking you to upgrade.
